We want to hear from people who regularly handle a wide range of shipping disputes related to matters such as contracts of affreightment (CoAs) and charterparties, memoranda of agreements (MoAs), bills of lading, management agreements, sale and purchase contracts, and shipbuilding contracts.
If you’re used to dealing with High Court and arbitration proceedings governed by the terms of major trade associations like Gafta and the RSA, as well as the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), ICC International Court of Arbitration and London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), we’d love to hear from you.
